1. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during the Program will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law, ethics, or upon written authorization by you.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Alexandria Kemp retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in the Program. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from Alexandria Kemp without prior written consent.

3. Personal Responsibility, Disclaimer & Release of Claims

• Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your well-being and all decisions made before, during, and after your Program. Alexandria Kemp is not a lawyer, accountant, therapist, counselor, or doctor, and the Program does not provide legal or financial advice. 

• Disclaimer:

Alexandria Kemp explicitly states that while serving in the role of a Life Coach, she is not, nor is she holding herself out to be, a lawyer, accountant, registered therapist, counselor, doctor, or any other professional position at any time before, during, or after your Program. Nothing contained in this Program is intended to substitute for other business tools and services you may require. Alexandria Kemp is not providing legal or financial advice in any way. Clients should always seek the advice of their own attorney, accountant, or financial manager regarding their legal and financial situations.

• Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release of Claims

Alexandria Kemp and affiliated parties are not responsible for the information you request or receive through this Program. By signing this Agreement, you release Alexandria Kemp and affiliated parties from any liability arising from your participation in the Program.

 4. Consent for Use of Program Outcomes in Marketing

By signing this Agreement, you hereby grant Alexandria Kemp permission to use any positive outcomes, testimonials, and feedback resulting from your participation in the Program for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to, written testimonials, video testimonials, and case studies.

You understand that your participation in the Program and the results achieved may be shared on Alexandria Kemp's website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other promotional channels for the purpose of showcasing the effectiveness and benefits of the Program to potential clients.

If you have any concerns or do not wish for your outcomes to be used in marketing materials, please notify Alexandria Kemp in writing at [email protected] before or during the Program.

Assignment

This Agreement cannot be assigned or transferred.

No Waiver

The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive the right to later enforce it.

Effect of Partial Invalidity

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both Parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator.

Non-Disparagement

The Client agrees not to engage in conduct or communications designed to disparage the Program or Alexandria Kemp.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes shall be resolved in California courts.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any prior understandings or representations.

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to, and accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
